Position: Receptionist
We are looking for a bright and cheery person with a friendly voice.
Typical responsibilities might include, but are not limited to the following: answering our 10+ line front desk phone system, greeting all office visitors, sorting and distributing all incoming packages and mail, monitoring postage, stamping outgoing mail, ordering shipping supplies, cleaning conference rooms and reception area, making coffee and setting up food for meetings, data-entry, and ordering meals for executives.

The ability to multi-task is essential for carrying out each day's work requirements.
Only local applicants, or those planning on re-locating themselves to the Los Angeles area, need apply.
The ideal person will not have a long commute, as punctuality is key for this position.
Hours are 8:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday.
Compensation commensurate with experience, full benefits, and an extremely fast-paced, team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment.
