Bad lunch experience at Pizza Hut @ The Conourse

Had lunch at Pizza Hut down at Concourse on Wed.

This place is newly opened and tis is the 2nd time i eat there.

The first experience was pretty uneventful but I didn't expect the 2nd time to b such a bad experience.

Granted that the place was full and they do takeaways and deliveries, but surely they should haf planned for resources to cope wif walk-in crowd?

we waited for more den 30 mins for our pizza to b served. in the meantime, we weren't even served our drinks nor our drumlets.



after finishing our pizza, we reminded them of our drumlets that were yet to be served.

we were eventually served our drumlets and star munchies but to our disgust, both were stone cold.

wat does tat mean? tat these were ready and left to turn cold instead of being served to us??

steve talked to the ger hoo told our orders who juz brushed him aside and told him to ask the waitress hoo served us. if we wanted the orders replaced, we had to wait half an hour.

it was truly a bad lunch experience for us and i certainly won't b partonising tis place in the near future unless they improve the management.

my verdict is tis, if they can't cope wif the lunch crowd, pls close the dine-in area rather den subject dine-in customers to sub standard service.
