Bugs puzzle

todate tis is still a mystery

i came home one nite to find the various stairs landing of the carpark from top floor level 5 to ground floor, littered wif dead bugs.

but it's confined to the carpark and no way else in the estate.

where did these bugs come from?

and why r there all dead at the carpark's stairways?
