Exceeded number of payees?

was happily doing my banking when i got tis msg from DBS

"Unable to add new payee to your personal list as you already have the maximum allowed number of payees currently.
Please delete one or more of your less frequently used payees before trying again "

why need to limit the number of payees leh? it's so difficult to remember long account numbers tat's y we add to payees. and it's not like we r allowed to make transfers WITHOUT adding to payee. if we can do tat den the payee list will definitely b shorter.

after all the trouble taken to set up the payees with the OTP (the PIN sent to mobile), now expect mi to delete the payees...nah beh
