Breakfast-1 piece of Tiger biscuit

Dinner-6 roasted chestnuts, half a fried fish, some vegs, 1 spoonful of porridge

Lunch-Phyto, some raisins & 1 pumpkin seed
Teabreak-more raisins, 1 Tiger biscuit
Dinner-1 beer, Nachos with cheese dip, coke

Dinner-refreshments after my Staff Forum at Swissotel ( 1 piece of cheese, 5 thai fish cakes-not the fried kind, few forkfuls of thai mango salad, coke ), 1 camomile tea, caesar salad with chicken-Cafe Cartel
*************Did my review at night, 47.9kg now, lost a total of 3 kgs now! so far! so good!****************

Lunch-Caesar salad with chicken-Cafe Cartel again, glutton time at Lau Pa Sat with clams, satays, ketupat, fish ball soup, sotong, popian, stringray, coke
