Dinner @ Esplanade

one of the senior leaders is in town tdy & hosted a dinner @ an italian restaurant at the esplanade.
i had fish which was alright but the steak my colleagues ordered were mostly too raw.

i noe they're not a steakhouse but i haf not seen anywhere tat serves steak wif no regard for how well the customers want their steak.

when they served the steaks, they juz went 'hoo's having beef'

does tat mean all the steaks are done in the same manner? hmm...strange...tat teaches us to order steak in an italian restaurant
