Afond VS Rustic

ann treated mi to a spa visit tdy. so timely coz my neck and shoulder blade muscles r complaining.

the universal law of attraction reli works. mi got a lot rite in front of the shop. juz tinking abt wat we want is sufficient. postive thots breed positive thots/actions/events

now let mi do the comparison bet rustic & afond

scrub : pretty much the same standard for both sides

shower : there were built-in showers in each treatment room. i tink tis is so cool. not having to leave the treatment room to go to common toilet

massage : meh, afond is quite thai style massage so i got the twisting neck and lower back trick. onli prob is i luv to sleep during spa sessions eg when i doing the wrap & steam routine @ rustic
at afond, the massage is for 1 hr and i couldn't sleep at all during the session.
