Emergency at Concourse

happened to see ambulance and paramedics trying to revive an old man juz outside concourse tis afternoon.

i was on my way out to lunch. doesn't look like a car accident though there was a car parked along the side of the road.

being kaypoh, i snapped a shot of the ambulance
