Carpal tunnel syndrome??

though the title of tis posting is Carpal tunnel syndrome, tat refers to a suspected condition of my right wrist.

the first 4 pictures are of my left wrist which developed an unexplained soreness/pain in the morning and progressively became a bruise by the end of the day.

wat i wana highlight, is the location of the bruise.

i haf no idea where i got tis bruise from but the pain is mirrored in my right hand










imagine the pain in the same spot as above, just mirrored.

now my wrist nbr developed any bruising so i suspect Carpal tunnel syndrome.

and gaming is not the onli culprit, my other love, crocheting used to cause mi such pain too.
