on another note, i started reading Business As Unusual by The Body Shop's founder. i'm onli at the first few pages though i bought the book a long time back.

i m interested in her new age business model. one tat places the interests of others before one's own selfish gains and is socially & environmentally responsible.

it would b interesting to noe how many of the above listed companies actualli conduct business wif a conscience.

McDonald's has come under fire for their unhealthy menu tat is destroying Americans' health from young, not to mention most other developed countries.

And Disney is under fire for their meagre wages paid to make their merchandise. Even the newly opened Disney in HK were accused of subjecting its employees to poor working conditions & unacceptably long working hours.

And can Coke boasts of any health benefits? It can't even claim to haf no detrimental effect on one's health if consumed regularly. And it is highly addictive.
