Dinner @ Garlic Restaurant
















had dinner @ garlic restaurant before forbidden city.

the food was alrite but the service leaves much to be desired.

the place was seriously short staffed and the food and bill took a long time.

first time tat i see a packed restaurant but no staff in sight near the tables. everyone was trying to get the attention of the waiters for some service...sigh

we used for chilli sauce coz chips muz go wif sauce! when it wasn't brought to us, we asked again, and again, and again...yes, we asked a total of 4 times before we got our chilli sauce.

at times like tis, i wonder y restaurant managers are not taught management skills.

if the staff can't cope wif a full restaurant, they can make a decision to close some tables.

yes, u r turning away business but at least u can haf some satisfied customers and those hoo r turned away, will juz tink tat tis is a popular establishment.

however, if u onli look at immediate profits and set your sights so short-termed, wat has happened is u get a restaurant full of unhappy customers hoo will nbr return again.
