Dinner-Vanilla Milkshake, shared a Club sandwich & Caesar salad with chicken with Karen
weighed myself discreetly later that night, 49kg++! wah lauz! looks like i need to pay a price for being a glutton

Lunch-Phyto, dunpling soup
Dinner-veg, fish & chicken. 2 bowls of soup ( watercress & yong tau foo ), 2 fishballs & 1 other piece of yong tau foo.

Morning-1 butter cupcake...yummy
Lunch-Potluck with new colleagues, fried brown rice, chicken casserole, claypot rice, pecan pie, fruit jelly, apple aloe vera juice, cheesy nachos, mee siam, fried bee hoon
WOW! I ate so much I don't think i listed everything here. Lotsa carbo from bee hoon, claypot rice & brown rice...can faint ah! tink i better not go for my review tdy! somemore nbr phyto at all tdy! alamak!
