My failed marriage
my mum-in-law called mi & asked mi not to break up wif her son, for her sake.
why? for the kids & because she doesn't want to see us break up. pls forgive her son, she'll teach him well. and because she dotes on mi.
why the decision?
because i can't live wif a man whose values are so different from mi.
because i can't live wif the things he has done.
because i can't deceive myself any longer.
because i love my kids & want them to grow up knowing tat they are responsible for their own happiness & must be brave when pursuing happiness.
because i love myself & i am fortunate to be loved dearly by my parents. they would not want mi to compromise & live the rest of my life in misery.
because i am responsible for the rest of my life & how i want to live.
because i love myself enuff to do all it takes for mi to be happy.
because i haf finally got my priorities rite, my family & my loved ones matter the most. everything else is secondary.
because i dare to say NO! this is not the way i want to live my life.
because i am independent.
because i will be there for my family & kids to depend on.
because i am a survivor.
and because i will be the person i want to be.

I noe some of my frens haf read tis posting & it makes them beli sad & uncomfortable.
well, boys & gers, i ask not for anyone's understanding but i noe i haf the support of my true frens who will be wif mi thru thick & thin.
nobody loves mi more than myself & nobody is responsible for my happiness more than myself.

u noe hoo u r, we haf spoken or exchanged emails.
